Come learn how to turn your data into powerful webmaps in R, by combing the power of Leaflet and Shiny!

Leaflet is one of the most popular libraries for creating webmaps.  Shiny is a web application framework for R that lets you turn your analyses into online, interactive tools. Come learn a little about each of them, and how to use them together to create online, interactive maps straight from your R data. Bring your computer, as most of the time will be spent workshopping in R: from basic map plotting to advanced features in Shiny. Also, bring your own spatial data if you have any and we can spend time at the end of class going through it.

Prior knowledge: Attending the Creating Interactive Maps in R with ggMap + Leaflet workshop is recommended but not required; I will briefly review how to use Leaflet in R.
