Many of us use MS Word on a daily basis, often spending hours at a time typing our dissertation chapters, research papers, and fellowship statements.  Word can often be a frustrating tool, but it also has some useful functions.  This workshop will introduce some of the more useful functions of Word, specifically geared towards graduate students in the social science and humanities.  Participants should expect to leave the workshop able to use Word more efficiently and effectively in their day-to-day lives. NOTE: presentation will be in Word 2010 Windows, but concepts should also apply to recent version of Word.
