Description
Type:

Have you seen fancy visualizations in web browsers and though, "Hey, I want to do that!" Coding for the browser can be daunting - there are many moving pieces. But the results can be amazing and engaging!

In this workshop, you'll learn the required architecture for displaying graphs and maps in a browser. We'll use the IPython notebook to make it easier to keep track of web servers and multiple files.

2nd UPDATE: Please check back for required software installs. This event will be updated with more info on Tuesday, March 4. If you sign up for the class, I'll email you when the materials are available!
