Raymond Yee is currently a visiting scholar at the School of Information and Director of Technology and Operations at unglue.it.   He will be teaching Working with Open Data again in Spring 2014.   He hopes that students and instructors will learn even more than the first time around.   Raymond aspires to be a world-class hacker/polymath like Charlie Epps when he grows up and wants to work with like-minded folks. Raymond has lectured in the I School and written a popular book entitled Pro Web 2.0 Mashups: Remixing Data and Web Services. He is also engaged in working with the CommonCrawl – a project to create an open crawl of the web for anyone to use. He primarily works with python, though he is able to provide high-level consulting for projects in any language.
