Kelly has a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from MIT as well as a dual Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and City and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley. In 2013, she was a Graduate Student Instructor for ‘Methods of Planning Data Analysis,’ a graduate planning class to introduce students to statistics and data analysis tools. Currently, Kelly is working in San Francisco as a transportation consultant specializing in transit oriented development, parking policies, and regional sustainability in the Bay Area.
