Come join us at an open-door, OpenStreetMap event to help digitize building footprint records to assist in the Nepal earthquake recovery efforts.  OSM tasking manager is a crowd-mapping tool funded by US-AID, the World Bank, AusAID, and others. This collective effort will help to establish a building and roadway footprint map for rapid damage assessments and asset inventories in and around Kathmandu. These maps will be invaluable to the relief and early recovery efforts.  No experience is required. Guidance and refreshments will be provided. Come for the afternoon or just a half hour. All are welcome.
