Excel for Policy: Basics and Visualizations

This workshop will introduce student-interns participating in the Summer 2020 Cal-In-Sac/California Research Bureau COVID-19 research project to the basics of using Microsoft Excel for policy analysis. The goal of this workshop is to help student-interns develop the skills to use excel to analyze data and create visualizations for a legislative and policy audience.

Content is a distillation of D-Lab Basics of Excel Parts 1 and 2 and Visualization with Excel workshops. 

Please be sure to install Excel before the workshop start time!
