Theresa Clary is a human capital scientist and geographer. The founder and chief executive officer of Workforce Strategies, Inc., she has researched and developed countless demographic datasets that show the national and international location and distribution of workforce skills. Additionally, in collaboration with corporations, colleges, labor unions, government entities and faith-based and community organizations, Clary has managed and coordinated large-scale workforce development programs to train and reemploy thousands of American workers. Today, in response to a global humanitarian crisis, she is spearheading a national initiative to create maps for Ebola first responders. These maps are used by the World Health Organization, Doctors Without Borders, the International Red Cross and others in West Africa to fight Ebola at its source. Clary has a master of science degree in geography from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from the College of New Rochelle in New York.
