Noli Brazil is a Research Analyst specializing in data management and analysis at the Institute for Education Policy and Practice. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and an MS in Statistics at Stanford University. Previously, he worked at EdSource, where he conducted policy research and data analysis on a variety of issues, including school finance, student performance and assessment and English Learners. He has also worked as a Research Assistant in Berkeley and Stanford, where he researched innumeracy in the classroom and student performance evaluation.
