Nathan Jones is a demographer with extensive health-related survey research experience. He is currently a senior project director at the University of Wisconsin Survey Center. Prior to joining UWSC, Dr. Jones was the facility director of the UW Carbone Cancer Center's Survey Research Shared Service and an epidemiologist for several cancer-related research and outreach projects. From 2004-2008, Dr. Jones was senior service fellow at the CDC's Office on Smoking and Health and was a coordinator of the Global Tobacco Surveillance System, a collaborative effort supported by WHO and the Canadian Public Health Association. Dr. Jones has also been a researcher for the Indonesian Family Life Survey at the California Center for Population Research and a postdoctoral fellow at the RAND Corporation's Labor and Population Group.
