Once you have a research question and the funding to answer it, we can meet to answer questions related to design (e.g., how to ensure you are maximizing your statistical power, or checking that your randomized intervention will actually allow you to answer your research question), implementation (e.g., logistics of working with a partner organization, IRB, pre-analysis plan), and analysis (e.g., once you have data, how do you turn it into results). But it is best to come early in the process!
