Isabelle is available for consultation on Stata, Latex, survey programming with Open Data Kit and SurveyCTO, and general data cleaning and field research questions. She is generally able to assist with a wide range of data cleaning, analytical and programming questions in Stata, at any stage of progress. She can also answer broader questions on designing and managing field research projects, particularly in the area of development economics.

Isabelle Cohen is a PhD student in Economics. Prior to starting her PhD, she worked as a Research Associate at Duke University, and as a Research Manager at the Centre for Microfinance in Chennai, India. Her research interests are primary in development economics and public finance, particularly around impact evaluation, governance and international development aid. Her current projects include understanding the impact of financial inclusion on informal sector moneylenders in rural India, and assessing the potential for non-monetary performance incentives to improve education quality in Ugandan primary schools.
