Don A. Moore is an Associate Professor of the Management of Organizations Group at the Haas School of Business and director of the X-Lab (Experimental Social Science Laboratory). His research interests focus on overconfidence, including when people think they are better than they are, when they think they are better than others, and when they are too sure they know the truth. His work examines overconfidence in decision-making, negotiation, and ethical choice.
