Bill Mitchell is a Ph.D. candidate in chemistry at UC Berkeley, though his research is in earth and planetary science, and specifically in uranium-lead dating. He holds a BA in chemistry from Carleton College. Bill has been using Linux, programming, and fixing computers since 2004.
