Amie Gordon is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Psychology. Her research focuses on well-being in romantic couples and she often utilizes daily experience methodology. This research focus required the use of advanced statistics which prompted her to take classes and workshops to learn MLM and dyadic analysis. She has analyzed and published data using these techniques.

Consulting on basic statistical concepts, particularly related to psychological research; experimental and non-experimental research design; and data analysis. Topics include the general linear model (ANOVAs) and linear regression as well as analyzing dyadic data and longitudinal data using multilevel modeling (HLM). Also works with researchers on choosing the right analytic approach for a given research question as well as managing and displaying data and writing results.
