Aaron believes that improving access and understanding of information is the key to shaping more inclusive societies. As an undergraduate student of finance and economics at Mercer University, Aaron worked as a data analyst for a range of community projects, including urban transportation infrastructure, affordable housing, and financial inclusion. After graduating in 2017, he spent a year in Germany as a Fulbright Scholar conducting research on the integration of asylum seekers. He is currently continuing his analysis of language acquisition and employment among asylum seekers while pursuing a Master of Development Practice degree at UC Berkeley. After completing the MDP program, Aaron plans to serve as an Economic Growth Officer with the US Agency for International Development.

Aaron can help with quantitative research design and data management, including analytical methodologies and causal inference strategies. He specializes in development and labor economics but has experience with financial, demographic, and geographic data. Aaron offers introductory assistance in R, STATA, QGIS, and Tableau, as well as more advanced consultation for statistical analysis in STATA and R, including supervised machine learning models. He is also passionate about transparent social science research and can advise on open data methods.
